Returns & Refund
Return of product is only applicable –
- If the order is damaged/misprinted or
- If wrong product is delivered (which is rare)
- In above case only product amount will be refunded for international order and not shipping amount.
- International order will not be refunded if the order gets lost in transition due to – wrong & incomplete details.
- There is NO REFUND on international orders if customer didn’t receive order due to – “customer not available” reason.
In any other case (such as you don’t want the product anymore) there is NO RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND facility on our hand.
- If you have received a damaged or misprint product please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery made.
- Only claims made within 48 hours of delivery will be REFUNDED.
- We can only claim the replacement of damaged product in this time period.
- You can either get refund or claim for right product delivery.
To claim the refund and complain for damaged product please provide necessary photos and videos of the order received.
Refund will be made –
Once the claim is accepted (for damaged or wrong order delivery) we will refund your order amount within 2-10 business days.
We can send you correct product if you claim for it instead of refund amount.
Refund will be made once we confirm the claim.
