Due to recent lockdown and COVID-19 crisis our business and operations were highly affected. So we were delivering between 15-20 business days.

But we are improving everyday, so you can expect delivery of your order within 5-10 business days depending on your location.

We will try our best to improve our shipping process and deliver as fast as we can in near future.

COVID-19 SAFETY

In this difficult times of pandemic everyone is concerned for safety of their health. And we are too !

Your health and safety is our priority. So our partner sellers and shipping companies are trying their best to not get infected by taking all the precautions.

All the workers taking extreme measures. All of the workers’ body temperature and their SPO2 are regularly monitored and are being tracked.

On the shipment spot and warehouse places We also monitor the temperature of the courier pickup person and of our visitors to ensure the safety.

All the workers are strictly instructed to wear masks and keep social distance.

Support team and technology teams are preferring WFH to reduce the spread of this virus.

Most of the orders are delivered by OTP verification to reduce human contact.

The sellers and partners are working their best to dispatch your orders within the promised timeline, and here our number one priority is to ensure the safety of our workers and our customers.

Shipping process

To give our customers best experience and product KdropCart has partnered with Printrove & Qikink that are the top Print on Demand and Drop shipping companies in India .

So KdropCart does not hold any warehouse and inventory features.

The order and shipping process is handled by our shipping partners.

Due to COVID-19 orders are taking longer than usual to deliver so please consider the process.

Normal Shipping process

It takes 24-48 hours to prepare and dispatch an order from our hand.

Order will be shipped after dispatching.

Customer can expect the delivery within 3 to 18 business days after dispatching on normal days (depends on your pin code).

Delivery may take more time than this if the process gets disturbed due to some external reasons.

Free shipping

All products on KdropCart are for Free Shipping to all India with NO minimum amount.

However we can add shipping fee in future.

You can reduce order amount with special COUPONS and offers.

COD (Cash on Delivery)

Cash on Delivery is now available on order above Rs 400 (COD charges extra)

However it can be stopped in the future.

So if you are planning to order through Cash on Delivery then please consider the changes.

Must follow these guidelines –

Provide correct shipping information with all the details asked.

If there is any missing information we shall contact you through the phone number given by you.

If you want to cancel the order please contact us within 24 hours of placing an order otherwise amount will NOT be refundable.

Refund will only be made orders cancelled within 24 hours of placing.

Shipping address or any other information cannot be EDITED so please provide correct details from the beginning otherwise orders with wrong information will be Cancelled (and there is no REFUND).

If you haven’t received your order within the time-period mentioned above then let us know IMMEDIETLY without any delay.
